De Angeles Gran Malbec 2015: Garnet red color with ruby dyes, medium plus intensity. Great impact on the nose due to its power and complexity. Notes of thyme, pepper, eucalyptus, camphor, fennel, leather, tobacco, vanilla, plum, blackberries, red pepper, geranium, caramel, licorice, lavender, cloves. In the mouth it’s an ode to balance and harmony. Everything is at its right point: acidity, alcohol and tannins. Long and complex finish. Excellent.

Viña Buena (Amar y Vivir) 2018: Bright and intense purple red with slight cherry reflections. Outstanding nose, lots of complexity and strength. There are notes of blueberries, currants, cherries, violets, lilacs, gravel, concrete, bay leaf, roasted bell pepper, and reminders of carmel and smoke from its aging in French oak. Expressive, structured but with powdery tannins, very rich and friendly. Flowing through, it has a lively and refreshing acidity. Long mineral finish. It´s in a great moment and it can grow even more in the bottle.

Alandes (Paradoux) White: (3rd Edition – Non Vintage Blend) Greenish yellow of low intensity and good cleanliness. Very interesting and intense, owner of a great complexity. Aromas of mushrooms, butter, malt, pastries, rue, asparagus, banana, mango, pineapple, honey, grapefruit, lemon, nuts, vanilla, orange blossom and hyacinth flower. Smooth and sweet entrance with a sensational acidity though. Full bodied of great structure and elegance. Long finish with all the aromatic complexity found in the nose. Outstanding.
